Discount Tire

Ordered rims and on installation was made aware that my tires were showing wires, made me a deal of a lifetime on a new set of tires! Great crew would 100% recommend this place to anyone!

I went to Discount Tire for a small flat tire repair since they advertise free flat repairs. My vehicle is brand new with only 300 miles on it. They took my tire off the wheel and then came back telling me I needed a new tire because of damage on the inside. The damage was only on one side of the tire, while the other side had nothing wrong with it. I believe they caused the damage after taking the tire off the wheel so they could tell me I needed to buy a new tire from them instead of repairing my flat. The employee who helped me was a white, blonde guy who said his name was Kevin, although I believe I may have been given the wrong name. I went in for a simple flat repair, and instead they refused to fix it and pressured me to buy a new tire. Very disappointing experience.

The employees are extremely pleasant and professional. I've been dealing with them for a while now and I've never felt like they have tried to take advantage of me because I'm a female. What I really like is I get reminder emails telling me it's time to get my tires air pressure checked. I will continue to support them.

As busy as the Dearborn store is, they do try to get you out as quick as possible. I dropped off a set of rims that have tires installed on and told them to take their time, I didn't even need them that day if they didn't get around to it. In about an hour and a half I got a text saying they were ready. Zack was very helpful and friendly and made sure the job got done even sooner than I asked for it.

Bring my car with a driver's side flat tire, they fix it for free. The guy just inspected all tires before fixing the flat tire, then he offered a protection plan. I refused the offer; my tires have 5k miles, almost brand new. They finished the car within 45 min, i left the shop for less than a mile away. My left passenger tire pressure went to 20, then I checked the tire i saw a chunk of plastic peace as you can see in the attached picture. i drove my car for less than 3 min away from the shop.
